Many Europeans who have decided to travel during Easter 2025 are choosing Spain. After the storms, it seems that spring weather has arrived across the country. Additionally, the culture, landscapes, beaches, traditions, as well as the rich gastronomy and hospitality have made Spain the most sought-after country for these holidays, ahead of Italy and Portugal.
The data analysing the results of searches for flights during Easter 2025 (April 4 to 14) indicate that a large majority have chosen the 'terreta'. Indeed, Alicante is the most requested destination by Britons; the second by the Dutch; the third by the Germans; the seventh by the French and Italians, and the thirteenth by the Portuguese.
For Spaniards, Alicante ranks 24th and Valencia 28th among the world's most searched destinations for these holidays. Capitals and major cities of the main European countries such as Paris, London, Rome, Amsterdam, or Milan are the top-ranked destinations on the list. Marrakesh, a trendy city in Morocco, also stands out, ranking seventh. Those who have chosen long-distance destinations have opted for Istanbul and New York, which ranks 15th.
