Michelin recognition for a total of 24 restaurants in Alicante. All of them have been recommended by the prestigious guide in its 2025 edition, and their facades will display the plaque that invites diners not to miss any of their dishes.
After reviewing the complete list, the province of Alicante surpasses those of Valencia and Castellón combined, which together have a total of 22 restaurants recommended by the Michelin Guide 2025. This highlights Alicante's appeal in the culinary field.
Of the Michelin-recognized restaurants, 14 are located in the city of Alicante, while the remaining ten are spread across other municipalities such as Elche, Ibi, Petrer, El Campello, or various towns in the Marina Alta.
These include Celeste y Don Carlos, Distrikt41, El Portal, Espacio Montoro, Koiné, La Ereta, La taberna del gourmet, Maestral, Manero, Monastrell, Nou Manolín, Open, Piripi, and Steki, all located in the city of Alicante.

From the rest of the province, Ausiàs in Pedreguer, Casa Cantó in Benissa, El Carreter in La Xara, Erre que Erre in Ibi, La Masía de Chencho in Elche, La Perla de Jávea, La Sirena in Petrer, La Vaquería in El Campello, along with Tosca and Volta i Volta, both in Xàbia, stand out in this guide.
All these Alicante restaurants, recommended in the Michelin Guide 2025, have a distinctive plaque granted by Royal Bliss to show their support for haute cuisine, as well as to acknowledge quality cooking and service.
Furthermore, Alicante has been confirmed as the province in the Valencian Community with the most restaurants recommended by this guide. Ismael Martínez, chef of the recommended restaurant Nou Manolín, attended to receive the plaque for his establishment.
This plaque serves as a symbol identifying the restaurants and recognising quality cooking and service. Additionally, it provides a platform for recognising the importance of these restaurants in their respective cities and municipalities, where they play a key role both economically and socially.
