How to Pay Municipal Fees Now in Sant Vicent del Raspeig

The City Council of San Vicente del Raspeig has introduced an advanced new system for municipal procedures, now available to all citizens. The councillor responsible for the area, Mariela Torregrosa, explained that "these are machines that allow various transactions to be carried out comfortably, without queues or the need to make an appointment, in a very simple and intuitive way."

These three machines will be installed at the Civic Centre in the Plaza de la Comunitat Valenciana, at the Santa Isabel social centre, and at the Sports Department office on Huerta Street. The access hours will be the usual for these facilities, which, in the case of the Civic Centre, are from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Fridays during winter.

Torregrosa explained that the aim of this measure is "to help decentralise the administration, bringing municipal services closer to the residents of San Vicente, and this can only be achieved if we reach more neighbourhoods so that the largest number of residents have a place near their home where they can carry out common municipal procedures, thus saving time and avoiding the need to travel."

From the IT department, it has been confirmed that initially, this technology is prepared to handle the payment of municipal fees and obtain individual and historical registration certificates. The sources consulted clarified that the formalisation of a new registration or change of registration will continue to be carried out through the ordinary procedure, either in person or via the electronic headquarters www.raspeig.sedipualba.es.

The IT councillor has announced that in this initial implementation period of this system, "we wanted to start with these procedures, which have high demand, and gradually, we hope to incorporate more transactions."

One of the main innovations introduced is the possibility for citizens to identify themselves through the reading of their ID card, passport, or TIE. Staff will be available to assist users who require help in operating these machines.
